We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to provide individual psychological services to employees within organizations. The main goal of this role is to promote mental well-being, prevent psychological harm, and improve overall quality of life in the workplace. Through evidence-based approaches and continuous collaboration, the psychologist supports individuals in developing healthy coping mechanisms, emotional resilience, and essential life skills.
Conduct psychological assessments using interviews, questionnaires, psychometric tools, and other professional methods
Provide individual psychological support using scientifically grounded therapeutic approaches
Help clients build soft skills such as stress management, problem solving, effective communication, anger control, and more
Maintain detailed documentation of each session, including client information, session goals, clinical history, assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and other essential notes
Collaborate with other specialists when referral or multidisciplinary support is needed
Adhere to professional ethics, including confidentiality, respect, honesty, and avoiding any conflict of interest or misuse of professional authority
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology
Minimum 2 years of professional experience providing individual psychological services
Age range: 28 to 55 years
Strong command of therapeutic approaches and psychological assessment tools
Respect for and alignment with ILIA’s organizational culture
Strong commitment to ethical and professional boundaries
Proficiency in documentation and psychological reporting
Ability to work effectively within an organizational context
Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with updated scientific resources
Familiarity with digital tools and technology
Strong language skills
Experience in research activities
