Job Description: As a Analyst at ILIA , you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with your team members and clients to analyze data, and provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting research, including library research, desk research, interview, and field research
2. Synthesizes clear takeaways and recommendation from complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods.
3. Data Analysis, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing data This may involve quantitative analysis, data modeling, and statistical analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
4. Report Generation, preparing reports and presentations summarizing their findings and recommendations in ILIA Standard. These reports are often used to guide the client’s decision-making process or the company knowledge management system.
5. Financial Analysis, financial modeling and analysis, helping clients make financial decisions, assess investment opportunities, and manage costs.
6. Collaborate with the team to design and evaluate potential solutions. Ensure alignment with client objectives and requirements.
7. Develops your professional skills leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values as well as continuous learning. The consulting industry is dynamic, and analysts are expected to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•  at least one year experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, and data visualization tools like Microsoft PowerPoint or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
