We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Administrative Specialist to join ILIA’s Human Development Unit. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of finance and operations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in our financial and administrative processes. Reporting to both the Finance Manager and the Head of Human Being Development, you’ll play a key role in issuing invoices, tracking receivables, managing payroll, and keeping financial dashboards and reports up to date. This position works closely with both internal teams and external clients.
Issue invoices, register them in the national tax portal (Modian), and follow up on receivables
Prepare periodic financial reports for internal and external use
Update and manage financial dashboards and data repositories
Maintain close coordination with project managers and clients
Process employee payroll and insurance contributions
Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience,
or a non-related degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with financial statements
Experience using financial software, preferably Sepidar
Strong skills in numerical analysis and clear, structured reporting
Proactive attitude with the ability to act quickly and purposefully to meet objectives
Strong teamwork and effective communication with colleagues and clients
High sense of ownership and accountability, especially in time-sensitive and recurring tasks
Flexibility in dealing with varied and evolving project demands
Familiarity with employment law and labor contract concepts
